We seek to make owning an electric vehicle an option for anyone, anywhere. Our innovative solutions deliver energy for DC fast chargers whenever and wherever it's needed to reliably meet the demand for charging at the edge of the grid. We give our customers the freedom to tackle new opportunities without the complexity and cost of upgrading traditional infrastructure.
Greg is the founder and serves as the CEO of EdgeEnergy. Prior to founding EdgeEnergy Greg was a founding partner of Single Phase Power Solutions. Greg spent 25 years with consumer products giant Procter & Gamble where he served as the Vice President of Global Logistics and Supply chain for Asia. Greg led the R&D team that developed the EdgeEV Power Souce. Greg holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
Chief Financial Officer
Jon serves as the Chief Financial Officer of EdgeEnergy. Jon is an innovative, strategic, and operational finance executive with 30 years of senior-level experience in the banking, technology, and e-mobility sectors. Jon has launched new divisions for Wells Fargo and Chase generating $300M+ in sales along with numerous private companies. Prior to joining EdgeEnergy, Jon was the CFO & COO for Laureti Mobility Group, headquartered in London, and has scaled several early-stage EV charging companies through hyper-growth periods over the past 5 years. Jon holds a degree in Finance and is an EV driver that is passionate about working with early-stage companies that further the adoption of sustainable mobility.
Chief Technology Officer/Chief Revenue Officer
Keith is responsible for product development, product commercialization and revenue growth. Keith has an extensive background in international management, product management, operations, marketing, and engineering exellence with multi-million and multi-billion-dollar organizations. Keith embraces a holistic design philosophy focused on delighting customers and generating profitable growth. Keith holds degrees in mechanical engineering and management from Purdue and the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Keith is also the recipient of three of the most recognized industrial design awards - The Good Design, Core 77, and The Edison Award and has authored a mix of 24 international patents across mutliple industries.
Vice President of Technology
Dale Friesen is a Professional Engineer with more than 25 years experience developing and implementing energy conservation and efficiency programing, including the adoption of evolving energy technologies for improved productivity and enhanced energy utilization. A graduate of the University of Manatoba, Dale is an accredited Professional Engineer (P.E.) with extensive industrial and commercial experience. Dale has worked on projects with major energy users, equipment manufacturers, electric utilities, and government agencies.
Business Development & Government Affairs
Ben leads business development and government affairs for EdgeEnergy. Ben provides leadership for the day-to-day operations of the sales, marketing, and product teams while maintaining a focus on the company's strategic goals, which include, go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, brand awareness, channel partnerships, and vertical expansion. Ben also manages local, state and federal relationships with a wide variety of public officials and organizations. Prior to joining EdgeEnergy Ben has held sales management, marketing, and business development positions in several midwestern companies as well as founding a brand development and marketing firm in Cincinnati in 2011. Ben attended Northern Kentucky University where he studied Marketing, Business Management, and History.
Director of Finance, Accounting & Investor Relations
Gatewood works with the team to develop and implement creative strategies with a focus on the company's strategic goals. Gatewood brings experience from his work with several start-ups and a passion for advancing clean transportation. Gatewood holds degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics.
Executive Sales Manager
Kim works with directly with EdgeEnergy customers to find solutions for EV Charging without three-phase infrastructure. With more than 15 years of experience in B2B sales and relationships across multiple industries including commercial developers, electrical engineers, charging networks, charging manufacturers, electrical contractors and others Kim is often referred to as a "connect the dots" resource by her customers. She is most exited about boosting her customer's business by bringing superior products, excellent service and valuable industry knowledge that lowers capital expenses and lays a foundation for increase profitability.
Lead Design Engineer
Ronn has the distiction of being the co-inventor of Written-Pole™ techonolgy which is at the core of our EdgeEV70™ Power Supply. Ronn is also the co-patent owner of numerous U.S. and foreign patents. In his long career, Ronn has had extensive experience in electrical engineering. Ronn was part of the team that developed the EdgeEV. A retired U.S. Army Captain, Ronn holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Auburn University, and was Professor of Engineering at the State College of Florida.
Technology and Supply Chain Manager
Luke studied chemical engineering at the University of Cincinnati before persuing a more hands-on career as a mechanic. With a systems-oriented approach to problem-solving, he eventually realized that a more technical field would present the challenges he desired. He joined the EdgeEnergy team in 2019 and has worked directly with company leadership, product development team, and engineering team to streamline production processes and increase research and development efficiency.
Michael Ferrante is an Operations executive with deep experience in growing companies. Mr. Ferrante is an Executive Member of Galehead Development, the trusted greenfield development platform for Independent Power Producers (IPPs), global utilities and Fortune 500 energy companies.
Mr. Ferrante also serves as the Executive in Residence and Advisory Board Chair for Sunwealth Power, Inc, a Somerville, MA – based clean energy investment firm that unites accredited investors with commercial solar projects through its Solar Impact Fund. Prior to these latest roles, he was Chief of Operations and on the diligence team for all mergers and acquisitions at MultiPlan, a leading company providing technology-driven cost containment solutions in healthcare.
Over his 22-year career at MultiPlan, Mr. Ferrante helped lead the growth of the company from a market value of $200 million to over $8 billion. He holds a BS in Mathematics from Fairfield University, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Former Chief Brand Officer for the Americas, Volvo Cars
Bob is the former Chief Brand Officer for the Americas for Volvo Cars where he led a turnaround of the iconic auto brand and repositioned it for an electrified future. He also spent 6 years leading marketing and guest experience for the Sheraton and Westin Brands at Starwood Hotels introducing programs like runWestin and Sheraton Social Hour.
He joined Starwood after more than 20 years at Procter and Gamble leading marketing for brands like Crest, Pampers, and Duracell in both the U.S. and Western Europe.
Bob is an avid runner and skier and also enjoys cooking and traveling with his family. He currently lives with his wife and four children in Newtown, Connecticut.
Kevin Kushman is the CEO of Electrada one of the nation's fastest-growing Charging as a Service (CaaS) companies. Electrada was launched in 2020 to provide clean electric transportation for every community and use case in North America.
Through Charging-As-A-Service (CaaS), Electrada helps fleets across North America power their electric vehicles reliable and without capital investment. Electrada also serves public, workplace, and residential organizations to power the electric vehicles of their residents and employees, accessibly and affordably.
Will is the co-founder of Vehya a Detroit-based company that offers turn-key solutions for electric vehicle charging. Vehya's platform uses Ai combined with a network of electrical contractors to provide sales, installation, and servicing of EV chargers. Vehya believes in an all-electric future and they are committed to creating 100,000 electrical professionals by 2030. Like EdgeEnergy, Vehya believes that workforce development is a key part of a sustainable and equitable furture.
KAMEALE C. TERRY
Kameale is the Co-Founder and CEO of ChargerHelp, Inc. an app that enables on-demand repair of electric vehicle charging stations. As the former Director of Programs at EV Connect, an electric vehicle charge station network provider, Kameale structured and led teams to execute electric vehicle infrastructure projects and programs in the United States, Australia, and Canada for commercial and government entities. Her most notable projects include the Electrify America - Phase One Program, the Southern California Edison Charge Ready Pilot, and the New York Power Authority portfolio.
Prior to this role Kameale created, hired, and oversaw the Customer Experience Department at EV Connect, by partnering with the Southbay Workforce Investment Board to employ candidates from the local community. As a South Central Los Angeles native, Kameale believes that an equitable green economy can be achieved through impactful workforce development and realignment.
